About Me

We are all between the ages of 15 and 16 and live in South Manchester. We formed in November 2006 for a gig at the Cinnamon Club in December which turned out to be a great success. We reformed in March 2007 with a new lineup for a gig at the end of March. The gig was recorded, 'Scuttle Buttin'' and 'Oye Como Va' are in the player now. We Play a very wide variety of Funk/Jazz/Rock/Fusion whilst our current set features: Santana, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Herbie Hancock, Joe Zawinul, Led Zep & Fatboy Slim, on top of our own tracks.
Jamie Safiruddin (Keys/Samplers/MD) writes most of our songs with the help of Nathan Brush (Guitars) and Mike Hine (Bass). The three musicians come together to form the tunes and the basic structure.
Once this is done, the percussive section of the band - Tom Abbott (Drums) and Eoghan Clifford (Percussion) - give the tunes some unique rhythms with their phat grooves and flawless breaks.
At the moment, all the songs in the player above are covers from live and from in the studio. We are working on making our tracks the best they can be, and when we have 4 complete, finally mixed, tracks they will be up for you to hear. Meanwhile (if you simply can't wait) come and check out a couple of gigs!
