What is Nine10Arts?

Nine10Arts is an exciting new urban community that offers emerging artists a place to develop their work in a creative and affordable environment near downtown Denver.

The mission of Nine10Arts is to creat an open dialogue between artists and the community by raising awareness and appreciation of social and envirnmental issues through the creation and expression of the arts.

Designed and developed by Spector and Associates, PC the Nine10Arts facility has:

8 Artist Live/Work Lofts 19 Artist Studios Studio 6 Coffee house Open Air Courtyard theGallery - available to rent for exhibitions and events

Our goal is to foster an open dialog between artists and the community and bring art back in to the everyday lives of the community. We used eco-friendly methods and materials (Green Building ) throughout the design, construction and ongoing operation. Nine10Arts is located in the heart of Denver's Artdistrict on Santa Fe at Santa Fe Drive and West 9th Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
