About Me

The Wooly Women is a local band making a comeback after dissapearing for 5 years. We are making our comback by performing at local Kareoke bars and very random venues.Meet the band........................................................ .........................Quito Santana...Born during a Dust storm under a towering cactus in New Mexico. Quito made her way to California with her parents at age 7 where she made 4 new friends in band at school. Who knew years later they would be practically a local household name. Quito's incredible singing talent has landed her many gigs including Joni Mitchell inpersonations and now she is back to entertain you with her wooly friends. Mertaro had some low times in the last 5 years. After the break up of the band he went out on his own and tried dancing at clubs but nothing was like the energy that the woolys had. Mertaro then collaberated with the other memebers to bring the Wollys back. If mertaro is your favorite be shure to let him know [email protected] Mahone...Was attracted to the bright lights of Hollywood as a child and wanted to one day be a backup dancer. Her exsperiance has gotten her minor parts in european household product commercials. Lumpy never wanted to woolys to die and was the driving force behind the reformation of the group so you have her to thank. Always a favorite with the highschool boys and a few teachers Jexy turned her life around and was the strong force behind the formation of the original wooly women. If Jexy is your favorite be shure to let her know [email protected] Bottoms...our PR girl and one of the most talented of the members started off in the music business as a DJ playing Milli Vanilli and vanilla Ice for audiences consisting mostly of chickens. Fuzzy also wrote the wooly news a monthy email to band fans letting everyone know where they were playing next and what the memebers were up to.
