Tim Anderson & Steve Wish have just finished remixing Austrias rising star Eric Papilaya. The song “Get alive – Get a life†that will represent Austria in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki will also be the official Life Ball Song 2007. The remix package includes mixes by Sergio Flores, Danny Marquez, Vienna DC, Lectrostar and Samir Maslow. It will be released through Maptjunes/Universal around June 2007! Watch out!
BIOGRAPHY
Tim Anderson been concentrating on DJ craft for already 7 years now. Via numerous stations his way led actually to Ibiza, where he mastered his job as a Fridays warming-up-DJ – with only 19 years of age – at one of the most renowned clubs of the island, the Amnesia.
At the right moment and at the right place he ran across the organisers of the Dutch event series Dancevalley International, who booked him without further ado.
Moreover he played the Dancevalley Event warm-up-set at Ibiza’s radio station Cadena Cien, the biggest radio station on the island, repeatedly. At this opportunity he got to know numerous interesting personalities with whom he could converse about their activity as Djs and producers.
Back in Austria, other projects took centre stage initially. For a fairly long time DJ-ing and recently emerged formations Anderson Inc and Anderson FM is given top priority.
In the meantime he had become one of Austria’s most booked Djs. At present he supplies - as resident DJ - Austria’s hippest clubbing DRAMA! with smooth sound, Club Hochriegl as well as the Empire’s Privat Ibiza with the right groove. Among his bookings also count Gardenclub at Vienna’s Volksgarten as Guest DJ on Fridays, the event series Heaven / Grand Prix as Support, Fashion & Friends, as well as A1 Beachmasters as Tour DJ. At his still young age he is in great demand nationally and in the neighbouring countries. Even Life Ball and Rosenball must not be missed within the present schedule. Catwalk Events took the ambitious and laborious greenhorn from Chamonix and Paris to Munich.
In 2006 he went back to the Balearic Islands. Because it is to mention that the present career highlight was the regular invitation by Bora Bora on Ibiza to play as Guest DJ during the whole summer. Eight different countries within 5 months represent the important jump in his career, enabled by Ibiza’s hot spot.
Since midyear his complete attention is directed at continuous production work with his partner Steve Wish. Their remix for the official song for the Eurovision Song Contest ‘Get Alive – Get Al Live’ by Eric Papilaya found its way into international dj charts from the likes of Sergio Flores, Jonathan Ulysses, Tune Brothers etc.
Currently recorded in his diary are supports of international acts like Joachim Garraud (FR), Seamus Haji (UK), Axwell (SW), Jerry Ropero & Denis the Menace (GE) Oliver Lang (UK), Jonathan Ulysses (UK), Gordon Edge (UK), Eddie Amador (US), Dave Armstrong (US), Ian Carey (US), Milk & Sugar (GE), Tom Novy (GE), Tune Brothers (GE), Plastic Funk (GE) Jean Claude Ades (GE), Eno-C (NL), MarYsol (NL), Manuel Lopez (SP) Pippi (SP), Sin Plomo (SP), Javi Cannus (SP), Antoine (CH), Jamie Lewis (CH), etc.
In 2007 Tim Anderson got signed from 3A Artistmanagement, who handle his international booking worldwide and exclusive.
Intensive work at the studio and across-border-collaboration with international partners are essential intentions of the DJ, known as a very determined person. The courses for the future are set.
