Wassup World!,if you made it to this area without so much looking at my pictures first or to see who or how many friends i have then congratulations to you i'm happy you made it this far. so a lil bit about myself. I'm a bartender, waitress, chef, barista, model, actor, entertainer, security, safety inspector, baby sitter, psychologist, teacher, mediator, garbage collector, and an insane asylum warden...to sum it up to one word...i'm a flight attendant. (get it "fly girl"? and you thought i was trying to be some in living color dancer...) so then you say "ooohhhh you must love you job"--- and then i think, "yeah, actually yea i do" -or- you say "ooohhh man i couldn't do your job"---and then i actually say "yea i donno how i do it either!" to answer some of your questions...yea i don't mind being in a metal tub for 30 minutes to 14 hours, i got a trick with dealing with demanding passengers...ignoring them, yes i'm an expert at pouring hot coffee in turbulence, yea i can adjust to 1 -15 hour time difference. because in the end i get a free hotel stay, most of the crew i work with are ok, i get to travel overseas and see different cultures, and i get to travel on my own time for damn near free! however--the pay sucks--no REALLY SUCKS!!in my previous life, i lived in LA and developed a love/hate realationship with that city. Love the weather, hated the people, loved living in Venice Beach, hated working in Santa Monica upscale spa, loved eating out, hated the prices for everything...see the pattern? while i was there i did the whole "yes i'm an actor (slash), model (slash), dancer (slash), screen writer (slash), bartender. i did my share of national commercials and i'm SAG eligable (yeeeaaaa 2,220 for dues?) however--after the numerious "casting couch invitations" and "you gotta know how to play the game" from directors and producers who swore they were the next Jerry Bruckhimer's, to getting frustrated because i was always typed cast, to actually cursing out an agent--i took a hiatus--and went back into the theatre world--where things made since...hince moved up to NorCal, bay area, san fran, frisco....whatever ya'll call it. otherwise the basic stuff is i was born and raised in Detroit. Went to Howard University graduated in 2002 with a bachelors of Theatre. I'm in a serious relationship. I'm a newbie to the bay area, i live in San Mateo--like 30 minutes from downtown San Francisco. Contrary to what some of you believe i'm African American...i just happen to be very light skin. i love to travel (duh) and i believe there is more out there than Miami, NY, and LA...just look at my picture slide show at the bottom. i love to see other cultures how their they make their way of life...it opens your mind and embrace those who are different than me.i tend not to have "too many" friends on myspace. cause i'm always on facebook. almost all my friends i have known quite some time...with the exception of a few that managed to hold my attention and interest...lol anyways just shoot me an email (sorry i block people from requesting to add me)with more than just saying "add me, you cute"
