If you haven't heard about Midnite by now you must have been living under a rock! The Jersey born Newark raised MC has been compared to some of the greats in Hip-Hop, but says that he wants to cement his own identity in the game even though he studies and analysis the greats. He developed a love for Hip-Hop in the early 90s and was influenced by The Notorious B.I.G, Jay-Z, Mobb Deep, Nas, Big L, Big Daddy Kane Boot Camp and others! He sharpened his lyrical skills on the streets of Newark, N.J - the same streets that gave birth to greats such as Red Man, and other artist in the game. Midnite first introduced himself to the underground world of Hip-Hop in 1993 by winning 3rd place in "Rap Masters" a contest of the best 100 Mc's in Newark N.J with his group at that time triple threat.After some time off hes reamerged better then ever and as become a vital part of the R.A camp.With the camp, as well as his local buzz growing the stage is set for this team to really make some noise now. With stellar hits such as Swagger, Flashy, and Party, his first debut album is set to do more then just make a buzz in the underground.This rapper definitely has his own style and plenty of anxious fans ready to hear what he has to offer the game. In Early 2008, He started working on the album tittled "Based On A True Story" the consensus is it will be a classic in every sense of the word with that vintage Hip-Hop sound, and blazing beats, from producers such as 5Star, Kaki, S Carter and production by JMoves its destined to be one of the greats.With his Jersey swagger and laid back flow he's perfected his craft , touching on multiple topics from the streets to parting and the struggles of everyday life "Based On A True Story" will be a very solid album especially for a debut. He says"Its definitely has been a busy few months for me and the camp and Im lining up the mix tape at the same time while doing numerous colabos along with the R.A mixtape coming soon.The mix tape tittled "Nocturnal" will have a few features on it with other hot independent artists such as, Face, 5Star,JMoves, "Willie Okkz from Snot Nose", Prime,Wallah,"Tipz from GO", among others.The mix tape will definitely be a banga, "I definitely have to say my camp is strong man we have over 100 songs and counting so the fans definitely will have some heat coming". This project differs from "Based On A True Story" because all of the colabos but it will in no way dissapoint. His versatility is evident, but he introduces more styles then a gay fashion designer. On Welcome to the Album" the first track on the CD, he says "I had to go hard without a doubt from the gate".
