I was born and raised in New Jersey, the youngest of four siblings. I spent many summers in North Carolina with my grandparents, Ed and Willia Bratton, and learned the true meaning of "Southern Comfort". I truly love God, because I have come to understand that He is my source and the giver and sustainer of my life; I trust him with EVERYTHING and I can tell him ANYTHING!!!!! I attempt to remain humble with the gift that He has given me, because I know that it's more than just a gift or a talent...it's a priviledge!! I believe that there is good in everyone. I believe that GOD can heal & mend even the most shattered life!(trust me on this one!)... I LOVE to laugh because I believe that laughter brings healing to the soul. I LOVE MY CHILDREN!! They are truly gifts from God. I have always tried to forgive and forget, rather than carry around that dead weight called "a grudge" because it helps me to become BETTER and not BITTER. I believe in miracles because I am one. I believe in love & second chances, because on December 28, 2007, I married my high school sweetheart, Mr. James Lawson, after a separation of almost 30 years...All I can say is, forgivness is a wonderful thing and, no matter how long it takes, if it's meant to be, IT WILL BE!!!!! Some may not understand it, and some may not approve, but when it is all said and done, GOD HAS THE LAST SAY!!I now have the proper 'covering' that has been missing from my life for so long!!...AND!!...He is very HANDSOME!! TO GOD BE THE GLORY FOR THE GREAT THINGS HE HAS DONE!!!
