Noûs is the child of pure imagination and alternative philosophy. By fusing the workings, ideas and concepts of each member’s individual psyche, they leave their audiences minds in awe after a show of mysterious, spacey progressive rock and color. Noûs explore what others don’t. Their layered, progressive songs can also alternate between long, detailed instrumental interludes and pseudo-meaningful lyrical rants.
The 5 piece Progressive Rock act is based in Ballarat/Melbourne. The band has spent 2007 to date playing venues throughout Victoria while constantly writing and recording new material. Having recently released their debut EP, they’ve proved themselves as both a unique live act and studio band.
