Influences: The influences are many. I have a great apreciation for artist who create timeless works of music, not just music for the moment. I love the oldies: Curtis Mayfirld, Minnie Ripperton,Gladys Knight, Ray Goodman & Brown, Isaak Hayes (R.I.P), Barry White (R.I.P), The Isley Brothers or course, Lenny Williams, D Hathaway, The Moments, New Birth( Niggas was Dope as SHIT ! ! !), LTD, The Commodores, Earth Wind and Fire...just to name a few. I was born in the mid seventies so when it comes to Hip Hop my greatest inflences were: Run DMC, The Fat Boys, KRS One, Kool G Rap & DJ Polo, Big Daddy Kane, Masta Ace, Biz Markie, Scooly D, Cool C & Steady B, 3x Dope, Stetsasonic, Kool Keith, Eric B & Rakim and as the years went on artist such as Black Moon, Tupac, Nas, Biggie, Jay Z influeced me in the way I crafted my music. I also have an apreciation for the producers who crafted the sound for some of these artists such as: Marley Marl. Mister C, Klark Kent the 45 King,Primo, Pete Rock, Large Professor & Diamond D . Not to mention some of the more current and more prominent producers such as, Dr. Dre, The Neptunes, Timbaland, Kanye, Hi Tek, J Dilla, Madlib....man the list of musical influences goes on and on and on..........I LOVE GOOD MUSIC ! ! !
Sounds Like: I just do me. The universe has been good to me and blessed me with a talent like no other, so whatever I am blessed to have recieved, and to have flow through me at the time of creating a track, so be it.....but it’s always beautiful music.
