Dynamo

Born in Trelawny Jamaica by the name Dean Hunter on April 13, 1982 growing up I didn’t talk much only if it was real important , I made contact with music at an early age singing , dancing ,preforming , but it was never something that I took really serious I just enjoyed doing it , it was the only time people would see me smile and be happy .At the age of 13 I wrote my first song called girl flex then I stopped so I could focus on my school work I didn’t write another song until almost 16 while attending Central high school in Bridgeport CT. I made Some friends then we had a group it was called the Fearless Krew , we preformed in high for the Caribbean club . Everyday after school we would write at least 3 songs then record them the next day then write 3 more that day then at the end of every school year we would have a Cd finished and pass them out to our friends .We became a main act for birthday parties regular parties while making our name in the local clubs . In 2000 we finished a summer cd called THE BEST OF D S ENT. which got us an interview at the university of Fairfield base 88.5 fm with DJ jubba links , it went by very good he played our songs we preformed live over the radio after that people were calling in like wow I couldn’t believe it , in the same year we opened for Chico and Baby Cham at the White eagle social club in Bridgeport CT. while preforming in the local towns birthday parties , house parties ,shindigs in about 2001 we for T.O.K , Sean Paul and Mr.lex at the Hartford base club Blue . People started to gain interest about us so we went back into the studio to create an official project but thats when everything fell apart the group broke up again . With my mind still on music I started reading a lot more about almost all that my mind thought about while attending Soulfire recording studio I was committed not only to be a voice learning all my mind could take about the Music business music production making Riddims , recording, mixing as an intern working with other upcoming local artist giving a little artist development tips before and after my day job while still preforming , we did three show with Rock and Roll bands which was one of the best experiences I every had seeing how music could remove barriers between race of all kinds .PAYING MY DUES was tuff but I had to be a positive role model seeing that people were really looking at me as a superstar figure EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOWHERE YET I had to stop some of the things that I was singing about .
