OK, I need to do an update! Been hectic, since December, did a lot of dates with From The Jam, also Stiff Little Fingers, The Wildhearts, A and a whole load of others including Lordi, Supersuckers, Nashville Pussy, Profane, Obsessive Compulsive and some cool unsigned bands around Manchester, I have some great stuff waiting to get out, will post some images on here very soon The British Kitesurfing Championship events start in may, first up is Swansea, that is gonna keep me busy for a while, but will still be shooting the odd gig.
UPDATE - MOST BAND SHOOTS WILL NOW BE PUT ON HOLD FOR A WHILE, BEING A BASS PLAYER, I'VE DECIDED TO SPEND SOME TIME ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LENS WITH THE LOGICALS (SEE FRIENDS)WILL STILL DO THE ODD GIG THOUGH!

Late last year (2007) I spent some time photographing From The Jam on their UK tour, In November they released a DVD of the London date, I got a lot of shots into the booklet that accompanies the 2 DVD set, below are a few examples.
Being a bass player of the age I am, I grew up listening to Bruce Foxton and The Jam, so to photograph them 25 years later has been something special for me!

Currently shooting Canon 1DmkII and 40D bodies, Canon 70-200 f2.8L IS, Canon 100-400 f4.2-5.6L IS, Canon 24-70 f2.8L, Sigma 10mm f2.8 fisheye and a 430ex flash with Stoffen diffuser for those rare occasions when you can use it!
I get around with the help of Dakine luggage, a Dakine split roller carries near enough most of my gear, with a Dakine Sequence with a seperate photo block bag being responsible for keeping my camera gear safe and dry! Dakine is great gear, not the most obvious choice for a photographer, but well worth a look!
I need to mention that you will need to ask my permission if you want to use any of my images!
