About Me

Blue Bullet is a modern rock band from southwest UK. The current line-up includes, James Clarke (Bass), Stu Clarke (Guitar), Chris Price (Guitar) & Aaron Philips (Drums).WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A NEW VOCALIST, PLEASE READ BLOG! During the 2 years the band has been togther they have played many successful shows, including opening the John Peel Stage at Glastonbury Festival on the second day of the event in 2007. The band have also had good press coverage, including radio interviews with the BBC and Local Radio stations & Reviews/Articles in magazines & Papers. The guys are now focused on making 2009 the year they explode onto the UK's music scene, currently writing songs for their new E.P. which will be a step forward into heavier territory, with tighter and fuller sounding songs! and also have plans for gigging across the UK. These hard working, professionally minded guys know their game and are coming to a venue near you, bringing great songs, scorching guitar work and a live show that rivals the pro's! ..you won't wana miss this!!

We have just finished our new E.P. 'Axiom' which will be available at all our up and comming gig's from now on! We are also currently setting up a system for online purchase, so wherever you are you can get yourself a copy!. The E.P. features 5 tracks which we feel best capture our current style, including; 'Axiom', 'War On The Street', 'Be The One', 'Courage' & the bonus acoustic track "Take Me Away". The tracks were recorded at BeeHive Studio and sound great! So be sure to get your copy!!

Nathan Phillips: Vocals
Nathan is the true definition of a true rock frontman, not just a singer but a real perfomer whos presence can fill any stage! Nath's been singing all his life and spent most of his teen years jamming with bands before joining Blue Bullet earlier this year. He sites the mighty Bruce Dickinson as one of his main influences mainly due to his relentless stage show and worldclass vocals.
Stu Clarke: Guitars
Stuart has been rocking the guitar for almost decade! He's is classic rock machine inspired by the playing of the greats; Slash, Zakk Wylde, Randy Rhodes to name a few. Stu first picked up the guitar after listening to his dads old Queen & Led Zepplin records and becoming obessed with the idea of playing to huge crowds of screaming fans.
Chris Price: Guitars
Chris has been shredding the fretboard for 4 years and is completely self-taught, due to this he has developed his own unique playing style combining great technical ability with an ear for melody. Inspired by such players as; Marty Friedman, Steve Vai, Jason Becker, Vinnie Moore.
James Clarke: Bass
James 'old man' Clarke has been laying down basslines for 13 years, first picking up the bass at the tender age of 11. James has a very unique playing style mainly due to the fact that he is completely self-taught, learning to play only by ear. His main influences are John Birtwhistle (The Who) & Flea from the rock band Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
Aaron Phillips: Drums
Aaron only picked up the sticks properly 3 and a half years ago, and since then has moulded into a very proficient player mixing solid beats with the odd double bass attack. Ledgends such as buddy rich and nicko mcbrain are partly responsible for luring aaron to the drum throne.

We take our influences from Hendrix, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Guns n Roses, Saxon, and everything inbetween.
