I'm not here to hook up or date anyone - I'm happily MARRIED! This is a great way for me to keep in touch with friends and family and share what's going on in my world. I love to see new things and explore the world of art and music...So if that's not you, don't ask to be my friend!My real name is GIULIANNA (I know, it's spelled weird). My parents were avid Alfa Romeo fans when I was born, so much that my name was going to be either ALFA or ALFO! The met at an Alfa convention, my dad's nickname is the "Alfadoc", and my mom raced them before I was born, so I like to say that I have a little racecar in my blood!I'm the oldest of 6 and the only girl - yes, I have FIVE YOUNGER brothers and I love them all...even though I cried every time one of them was born because they weren't a little sister. I wouldn't trade them for the world.I've always been an artist, that is my talent. I am a natural at Hair & Makeup, and also do henna tattoos and body painting. I love to work on the potter's wheel (even though I haven't thrown anything since HS), paint, and make new clothes out of old ones. We rescued him from the Dumb Friends League of Denver - he's a rhodesian ridgeback/redbone coonhound mix (pretty much the same type of dog as in the book, Where The Red Fern Grows) and he's 7 months old! After arguing over names for a couple days, we settled on RUMBLE (after the book Rumblefish). He's a cuddler and loves to snuggle. They thought he might get up to about 60 lbs., but they really never know...so we'll see! His latest nickname is "Santa's Little Helper" since he looks like Homer Simpson's dog! For the past 6 years, I have worked in the music business doing concert production. The first 6 months of it were spent on tour with a metal band out of LA. Even though I didn't like the band I worked for (they did not treat me very good), I loved touring and I loved the bands we toured with, like Mudvayne and Disturbed - some of them are still a big part of my life, as are many "crew guys" I met out there! I MISS YOU GUYS! I've worked at The Ogden, Bluebird, and Gothic Theatres, Red Rocks, The Pepsi Center, just to name a few! For the last 5 years I have also been the Production Manager for the Denver Botanic Gardens Summer Concert Series and the Chautauqua Concert Series in Boulder.I've worked with and met so many awesome people along the way (in no particular order) - BB King, Roseanne Cash, Etta James, Tom Petty, Aerosmith, Janet Jackson, No Doubt, Social Distortion, Rancid, Bad Religion, Bruce Hornsby, Jewel, John Hiatt, System Of A Down, Vince Neil, Tool, The Scorpions, Kid Rock, Metallica, Godsmack, The Samples, The Cure, Weezer, Motorhead, The Reverand Horton Heat, Jared Leto, Beck, Ted Nugent, The Dead, Lynard Skynard, The Allman Brothers, The Eagles, Bush, Disturbed, Orgy, Backstreet Boys (sarcastic yay), Britney Spears (sarcastic yay), In Sync (sarcastic yay), Neil Diamond, David Byrne, Nanci Griffith, Amy Mann, The Indigo Girls, Howie Mandell, Judy Collins, Buddy Guy, Mark Cohn, Shawn Colvin, and soooooo many more!Recently though, I decided that being an artist was more important and I went to school for Cosmetology and finished in record time - like I said before, I'm a natural! It feels great to work for myself and not have to put in such long hours for not much money.
