My name is Abe, aka Active Oner, aka Actizzle, Acteez, Key 2 Tha City, Tha Mic Killa..most just call me Acteez or Abe. First off, I just want to say to my wife, Kimma, my biggest critic, supporter and fan that I wouldn't have ever came this far without you, thank you baby for being with me through these struggles and hardships, and always being my source of inspiration, I LOVE YOU!! And another thank you to Sarah Groth of Central Graphics & Design for making all of the graphics for DS, we do appreciate it and you are tha bomb!!
To sum up my career in a nutshell, it's been quite tha rollercoaster ride. Started out here in Saint Cloud with Whyte Mike and we were tha MBC (Mad Bombin' Crew) back in 2003. We made a mixtape wit tha Hard Hittaz and after that we went n did our thang for awhile, makin' tracks n passin' them out around town as well as internet collabs on Soundclick and other music sites. In 2004, that's when shit changed forever. A business deal that involved me, Mike and some other parties went wrong since Mike decided to fuck it all up, which brought tha heat down on me, and that's somethin' I can't ever forgive him for, so I left MBC and tried to start MKM, but it didn't last too long. Down tha road, I met L-DuB and Smokin' Robs. We started kickin' it n havin' jam sessions, found out we were all very dedicated to our music and formed Distant Strangers in 2005. Since then, we've been rockin' n doin' our thang, while keepin' it real n stayin' ourselves. Much love to all local artists doin' they thang, keep on tha grind n don't stop. And to all tha fans, I appreciate all of tha support you've shown throughout these years, it's been a real crazy journey thus far and it's only gonna get crazier as time goes on. Can't forget my hatas too, tha fuel to tha fire, that's why I spit flames suckas!!!!
