Once you stop fighting it, maybe time really is on your side.

About Me

Hmmm, where to start? I want to experience everything I possibly can in my lifetime. I like to see things from different perspectives. I live in my own world and I like it that way. I tried living in the real world once and found that it did not exist as what is considered 'real' varies from person to person. I believe people can experience common realities without even meeting each other through music. Never underestimate the uniquely human and uplifting power of laughter. Live for the moment but understand that some good things take time. And if you're too nervous or afraid to try something, it just means that you'll feel more happy once you've done it and you'll only want to do it more if you don't. So live, love, laugh and don't be afraid to do it LOUD!!

My Interests

EVERYTHING!! If only there was enough time. But I'm the kiind of person who wants to do something even more if the odds are against me. So I'll probably try to do everything evn if everyone says it's not possible. At the moment I'm really into music. Listneing to it, playing it, writing it, singing it, living and breathing it. I like to draw. I love going to martial arts. I love bike riding, hiking and basically going anywhere I haven't been. Recently I tried snowboarding and now I love that too. There's many more things I like but I won't mention them all, just a few special things. I love the smell of apple cinnamon tea, the feeling of a good strong wind, rain and thunderstorms. I love when oxymorons are true and I love and hate irony but who doesn't. I love disney movies and playing CTR (Crash Team Racing) untill its 3am with my sister and Veronica while listening to the Digimon soundtrack amoung other CDs (You can laugh but thats a good cd).

I'd like to meet:

Everyone, who isn't worth meeting?....well, once anyway:P

Music:

Yellowcard and Blink 182, Alanis Morisette, All American Rejects, American Hi-Fi, Avril Lavigne, Bare Naked Ladies, Billy Talent, Boys Like GIrls, Box Car Racer, Cute is What We Aim For, Chantal Kreviazuk(old stuff), Colin Hay, Default, Evanescence, Fall Out Boy, Gavin Degraw, Googoo Dolls, Green Day, Jason Mraz, Mariana's Trench, Motion City Soundtrack, My Chemical Romance, Our Lady Peace, Red Hot Chillipeppers, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Relient K, 30 Seconds to Mars, Semisonic, Stabilo, Sum 41, Switchfoor, The Trews, The Used, Vertical Horizon, the many talented artists on the scrubs soundtrack, oh god and so many many more. Far too many to name. I like some songs from all types of music. If it makes you feel something, its worth listening to.

Movies:

Again too many to name:P but the Lord of the Rings trilogy has to top my list. Anyone whose seen those movies should know why. I like a lot of classic Disney movies. Some annual movies like Home Alone, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, the Grinch, etc. Shrek, Ferris Beuler’s Day Off, Ratatouille, Just Friends, Spiderman 1,2 and 3, Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away and Totoro (basically Hayao Miyazaki films), good documentaries that actually help to improve our world and raise awareness or certain issues like Bowling for Columbine and Supersize Me, Ice Age, and well, there's a lot more but I think I'll just stop:P

Television:

SCRUBS!! and INU-YASHA!! and FRASER!! and to a lesser extent Seinfeld, Simpsons, My Name Is Earl, House, the good old cartoons like Dexter's Lab, Hey Arnold, Angry Beavers, oh and Fairly Odd Parents. oh and some shows on Much like Fromage and occasionally Video on Trial. Sometimes Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Myth Busters and...ummm...sometimes...when the host isn't talking, of course....AFV(shhhh)..but, come on, we all watch that sometimes whether we admit it or not. We all enjoy some good slapstick humour.

Books:

Flowers for Algernon, Sketches, The Lord of the Rings, the Hobbit, the Harry Potter series, the Animorphs series, Dancing on the Edge, Ella Enchanted (which is NOTHING like the movie), Holes, The following manga series; Shaman King, Naruto, Ranma 1/2 (my first manga ever!), more that I can't remember right now and there's definetely tons of other books that are probably amazingly good that I have yet to read.

Heroes:

I think the greatest heroes are the ones who know they won't be recognized but do heroic things anyway. (Heroic things meaning what you believe is right even when it's not what you want or even need and even when it doens't benefit you or even if it'll hurt you to do it)
