crossroads ego is marco bakker (°31 december 1980) from tremelo, belgium. marco started to create electronic music from the moment he discovered his computer should be used for making sound, not homework. over the years his tracks evolved from cheesy techno beats to deep, experimental, minimalist ambient music. discovering the belgian label u-cover and its artists was a milestone in this evolution. crossroads ego’s music can be described as isolate, serene and hypnotizing.
