What is this about?
Together with a number of interested musicians I am running a project about Lifelong Learning in Music. Our goal is to enable young (future) musicians to respond to changes in the music profession and thus increasing their employability. We carry out a lot of pilot projects. A new programme!
We are developing a Joint Masters programme for musicians called 'Joint Music Masters for New Audiences and Innovative Practice'. This will be a masters of the Prince Claus Conservatoire and the Royal Conservatoire in The Netherlands; Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London; Jyväskyla School of Music in Finland; Reykjavik Academy of Arts in Iceland and Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY.
