Thief is a new band from the Boston area. We are just starting to play out live and really looking forward to getting our music out there. New songs are being written at a furious pace with the only ingredients being a serious love for ROCK music, beer and the occasional break for throwing a couple darts.
Thief is multi-instumentalist, Steve Rowen, formerly of such national touring bands Dear Liza and The Quiver Low, who did multiple stints with Blues Traveler. Rowen's musical career has seen him share bills with music icons Lenny Kravitz, Smashing Pumpkins and many more. On the drums, Will Thomas, formerly of RI metal outfit "advocate" and newest member Matt Tavano (commercial pilot) keep the tempo behind Thief's simple but effective musical offerings.
