About Me

I began, many years ago at the age of 9, to study the piano. Believe it or not, that first piano which I learned to play was purchased from the forever famous Ben Wicks! In fact, my parents still have this relic. I call this piano a relic merely because it is not much played now and is sadly quite out of tune. I had always wanted to compose music, but I never seemed to have the magic to do so. Then I met a mentor who became my musically compositional catalyst and a dear friend. This dear friend is Phil Ogison (who is an outstanding musician/artist). Phil is also registered with My Space Music - so please check him out!!! Having finally caught the intuitive understanding to compose music, I spent many years perfecting my skills as a composer. Of course, I will forever be doing so, but this is the bliss of the aritist. Over the years, I have written very many electronic works for synthesizer and am now concentrating on original piano music. At this point in time, I have accomplished recording 21 cd's. My most recent cd of original piano compositions is entitled Songs for the Goddess. The cover art for this has been designed by the wonderfully brilliant Catherine Tammaro-Ogison. In fact, miss Catherine has designed covers for many of my cd's. Catherine is my brilliant designer. I cannot say enough about her, but I will leave it at that for now. May you find a pleasant bliss of some kind as you listen to my music. Thanks!

My Interests

Music:

Band Website: My Space Music and Soundclick
Band Members: I am a solo performer either in the studio or live as a pianist in a restaurant or at a wedding...
Influences: All of the Classical composers either well known or not. I consider that my original music is of a Neo-Classical nature whether I write for the piano or the synthesizer. I am imbued with a classical mind-set. Yet I am a child of the 20th and 21st century. Because of this, I love the music of Jean-Michel Jarre, Tangerine Dream, and Vangelis. However, having many interests outside the Classcical sphere, I am always glad to hear such bands as Rush, The Tragically Hip, Tom Petty and such sweet vocalists as Sarah Brightman. I listen to these very often and I am always interested to hear something new in any genre of music.
Sounds Like: I am having difficulty describing what my piano and electronic music sounds like. I feel that if you have any interest in either classical or electronic music, you will likely find something of interest to you in my original compositions.
