If you've ever been picked apart by so-called "Christians" because of your style, turned away from a church because of your sexual preference, denied spiritual refuge because of your "bad habits," or told you were "contaminated" because of your inkor holes, then SWP is here to helpyou find acceptance in the body of Christ. Because we don't judge and we know that nothing matters more than the will to live for the Lord. This isn't a "religion"; this is your life.

Stuck with Pins Ministries is an alternative organization set on revolutionizing the way "Christianity" is often mistakenly viewed and encouraging this generation to live for God despite hypocritical judgment. Jesus Christ is not a fashionstatement, and there is no dress code or physical mold you have to fit in order to love and live for your Creator. We are determined to pave a new path for this generation to be led by Jesus in a direction that will appeal to those watching fromthe sidelines ( 1 Cor 9:19-23 ) as well as encourage fellow believers to fight thegood fight.

SWP derives from the overlooked "Christian scene" that consists of kids who live for God and demonstrate it in a variety of ways ranging from fashion, to tattoos, to overall outspokenness. God created you as an individual and He plans foryou to live out His plan in such a manner. We have all been criticized because of our imperfections and our will to be different, but we come together as One under God because despite our physical differences, we all share the desire and love tolive for our Creator and Savior.

THE PROBLEM

Thanks to the ever-powerful media and its undeniable influence, "Christianity" has been given a bad rap and apparently if you believe in God, you're a Bible thumper, are never late to Sunday church, don't stay out past 8:30, smell like Altoids, andhave a Not of This World decal on the back of your minivan. Or even worse: with society’s obsession of "bad news makes for good news," self-proclaimed "Christians" have represented "the will of God" through horrible terrorist acts such as bombingabortion clinics and gay nightclubs, and harassing and hate picketing against abortion, gay rights, and premarital sex. If this is what Christianity is being demonstrated as, why would anyone want to be apart of it? And that's the problem. The image of being a believer in God has been buried under the crap of stereotypes and violent extremists.

JESUS IS OUR SAVIOR, NOT OUR RELIGION

Let's be honest: religion sounds scary. We often find Christianity being defined as a "religion," and with that definition come the idea of rules. And that isn't what this is about. This isn't about rules or regulations; this is about having arelationship with God and striving to do all things through Him. Putting on an act in Sunday church and wearing your best dress or suit, always saying the right things in prayer like "Oh, Heavenly Father, I thank and pray to Thee", or shopping atC28 exclusively doesn't make you any better of a Christian. It isn't about following the "rules" or "being good." It's about having a relationship with God and knowing that no matter how badly you screw up, Jesus will never stop waiting for youwith loving, open arms.

TO THE BELIEVERS

As believers in Christ, we must work together to rid of the cloudy ignorance that has blurred the true meaning of being a believer in today's society, and help better form an understanding in the minds of our peers of what this really is about.Stuck with Pins persuades fellow followers to never ridicule, interrogate, or disrespect another person based on their lifestyle, views, and opinions. Forcing opposing beliefs on another person is exactly the opposite of what we are tryingto accomplish. We realize that every person has his/her own feelings about issues, and though their opinions, morals, and standards may differ from ours, we never encourage the bashing of that person and their beliefs. We are about standing up forwhat we believe in as well as being capable of seeing both sides.

TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC

We are about spreading the Word in a less "I'm going to shove a Bible down your throat" manner. Stuck with Pins Ministries is reaching out to a different group of kids that, just like anyone else, deserve to hear the truth about God andliving the life of a believer. And what better place to do that than Myspace. We want to help others (of all scenes) to understand that this is more than "just a religion" – it's a relationship with our Creator. And we plan to do that withoutspewing verses in your face and screaming, "You need Jesus!" because we encourage all outside (and inside) ideas and opinions, and allow them to be heard out without unruly judgment, in hopes that ours will also be respected. Stuck with Pinswants you to quit believing society's garbage and start living the life you were created to live.
