Whats up everyone, my name is Robert Schreckenbach and i've started a local company that puts the focus back into the local music secne. This is a new year and its time to start a new beginning for every local and national act. So coming this year we will be holding concerts that will bring everyone out to enjoy.
We are starting several new features here at THE UNDERGROUND. First we have all ready put in to effect the BAND OF THE WEEK. Well I'm tryin to do this ever week. But with all the booking that we have been doing I havent had much time to always put one together. If you have a band or know of a great unsigned local band please let us know. Second we are starting to conduct INTERVIEWS with signed and unsigned bands so keep your eyes peeled. Third BOOKING and Public Relations/Promoting We have been steadily building a rep.(a great one) in booking shows for several great bands (Thank You Guys), these bands live in various places across this great nation of ours, and I'm bringing them to your town. These bands that I do booking and promoting for I have total faith in. I believe in these bands so much and the music that they are making that I'm doing any thing possible to bring them to you. And LAST Just the constant UPDATES and BULLETINS that we will be doing (LIKE NOW). So please if you love your local music scene and want to see it grow. You need to get out and enjoy it, cause whats here today may not be here tomorrow. Get out and be apart of something, Be THE UNDERGROUND. ( Thanks to all the bands and solo artist, D.J's, Rapper's, and everything in between. You love what you do and you do what you love.

Despite the turn out all the bands put on a kick ass non-stop mind blowing show. First to go on was Arescyn from Kentucky. Lead singer Andy a lower 5 foot something small fry was belting out some horror. As you stand shocked by this little guys range. The rest of the band is tearing you apart with various instrument pounding. This band fucking rocks with every fucking note they play. I felt a real close connection with Arescyn. These guys have become apart of my family now. Much love guys. Then we had a local band Romantacide jump on stage and continue the madness with a host of their fav tunes. While they threw in some covers the one that stirs the crowd the most ( By crowd I mean the 3 people I brought and the other three that showed up on the second set. Again thank you for coming.) was The End Of All Heartache by Killswitch Engage. Moshpit madness with a hint of the best fucking night of my life, with about 9 of us moshing it turned into a running circle with chanting. I remember being kicked in the face at one point but it came with a love note. Elbows, Fists and Feet thats the only way to do it!!! But I swear that song lasted 20 minutes and David (Romantacide) great vocals on the song. Thumbs Up!!!!! Next to come on was Ghost In The Radio from Kentucky as well. Great bunch of guys with a host of songs that put you on border line CRAZY. These guys took the show from normal and put it in full on overdrive. At one time I remember picking my face up off the ground!!LOL This band got pretty goofy for this show. As Chris and Justin decided it was time to turn up the heat a little. See the PICS. Even with no one showing up they just did what they came to do. As did all the bands. And I thank all of the guys in these bands for that night. For those hours of music, time seem to have stood still and everything was out the window. You all have my respect. Thanks again to those that showed up for the show. Your support is needed and you showed yours. Just so all the readers know things didn't stop there. We took this straight over to my place and made a few memories there as well...!! LOL. Good Times. Thanks to the bands for having my back when I had yours!!! You know what I'm talking about.Thank YouI've up loaded pics from the show, Please Check Them OutRobert Schreckenbach THE UNDERGROUND
