Anthony Kangaris is a producer, composer, bassist and a bit of a pianist and singer too. Anthony has been trying to compose and record little musical ideas since he was a kid with a tape recorder and some Lego bricks. Such projects he has been commissioned to compose for have been a short documentary on Channel 4 back in 2005 and most recently, working closely with his sister, Katina Kangaris and a one off with Kevin Leo to compose, produce and rearrange music for the WAC degree course show 'Dissonant World' in 2007.
Anthony has been playing bass guitar since the age of 11, he currently is part of one of the Jazz bands at Sunday WAC, performing shows every so often. He has also been the bassist for a few musicals too.
In his home studio that he has had set up since 2004, Anthony produces music inspired by a range of different genres and cultures. He mainly produces solo work but is always interested in collaborating with other 'musical' people.
He also works in the Recording Studio at WAC as an assistant to the studio engineering class, helping students learn about the studio environment.Dear Tonez..
