About Me

Myspace Backgrounds
Well, firstly I'm a writer. As a teenager I was expelled from Turnford School and boxed for Cheshunt ABC. In my 20's I ran the 1994 London Marathon, played football against Eastenders and worked in both Formula 1 and F3000. In my 30's I have so far appeared in a Rocky film and become a published author. But I feel I have so much more to offer and achieve - we must never give up and keep pushing forward..... My debut novel Fair Target has received some decent reviews with my writing style being compared to that of Andy McNab and Chris Ryan. Fair Target tells the story of ex-SAS trooper Mark Makken who is now working as a bodyguard in New York and is forced on the run with his client by a group of rogue terrorists. Fair Target is published by 'PublishAmerica' and retails at £12.50, however, if you go to www.amazon.co.uk, you can pick up a copy for just £2.79 !!! (Two different sample chapters are available at www.amazon.co.uk) I am donating all profits to Muscular Dystrophy research. Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is a horrific muscle wasting disease that my brother suffered from since birth and eventually killed him in June 2007. In December 2005 I realised a dream by working as an extra in the sixth Rocky film (Rocky Balboa). Look out for me in Mason Dixon's corner! My second book is on hold at the moment as I am writing a screenplay for a boxing drama I hope to see produced in 2008/9.

Belated resolution...

First off, I think New Year resolutions are stupid.  Has anybody ever made a resolution that would make them happier?  ie: This year I shall try and be merry more and eat more of my favourit...

Women’s wish lists...

Ok, so yet another 'survey' (who the f**k thinks these things up and then justifys the need to get paid to carry them out?) tells us that the average woman has three ambitions:   1.  To meet...

I saw this saying and thought it was brilliant !

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - glass of wine in one hand - chocola...

England/Scotland

Well, Steve McClaren has received a last minute pardon.  Will he take his chance and grab this opportunity with both hands or will he once again pick both Gerrard and Lampard in the middle?  ...

Joke of the day

What does Lewis Hamilton and the England football team have in common?     They both have fucking useless McClarens.

Time flys....

Oh well, back to the day-to-day shit.  Majorca was great - I love that island - but why is it that when you are chilling and having fun the week just flys by?  It never drags like it does in...
