FAMILY MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME. I LOVE MY HUSBAND (HE IS A FIRE FIGHTER AND YES, WE DID MEET ONLINE. WE HAVE BEEN MARRIED 10 YEARS NOW) AND MY CHILDREN...IF YOU COUNT ALL THE KIDS, THERE ARE EIGHT.(I HAVE 2 BIOLOGICAL CHILDREN, BRANDON WHO IS 17 AND JEREMY WHO IS 12. I HAVE 4 STEP CHILDREN, PHILLIP WHO IS 24, BRAD WHO IS 21, AND TWIN GIRLS, HEATHER AND AMANDA WHO ARE 18 AND THEN 2 FOSTER CHILDREN, ERIK WHO IS 17 AND TYLER WHO IS 2..WE ARE IN TH PROCESS OF ADOPTING THEM.)BUT JUST BECAUSE THEY AREN'T ALL MY BIOLOGICAL CHILDREN DOESN'T MEAN THAT I LOVE ONE MORE THAN THE OTHER. AS A MATTER OF FACT, I HATE THE WORD "STEP CHILDREN" BECAUSE IN MY HEART THEY ARE ALL MINE. I ALSO HAVE 5 WONDERFUL GRANDCHILDREN. (I STILL CANT BELIEVE I'M OLD ENOUGH TO BE A GRANDPARENT...LOL) MARIAH, WHO PASSED AWAY DEC 2006 WHEN SHE WAS ONLY 2 1/2 YEARS OLD. THEN WE HAVE MICHELLE, HAILEY, CADENCE AND LESLIE....AND PHILLIP AND BLANCA JUST HAD ANOTHER GIRL. SO WE HAVE A VERY BIG FAMILY! THEY ARE ALL SO VERY PRECIOUS TO ME.
This was a family photo taken in 2001. I think we need to get another done, now that we have two more children and most of our other children are all adults and have their own families.
Here is half of the family. Our other two sons and other two daughters are all in AZ still. We miss them and the grandkids so much! Hopefully we can get together this summer...but we should do it in CA and not someplace where its 122' LOL
