I love to hear "Lyndsay you made my day". We are all light sources so I make sure that I shine on everyone I encounter even if it is just a simple smile. Every day in every way I am growing and I am fortunate to have great people in my circle to grow with. I struggled with finding my niche and what my true meaning is. With prayer and meditation I became still and was led to wanting to heal the inner spirit. I believe once that is healed the body is healed as well.
