I have lived in and around Knoxville my whole life. I am in social work so generally, I love people. I am blessed to work alongside some truly authentic people. I strive to be the same. I am full of contradictions which help to make life more colorful. It is quite simple, really, I want it all (speaking in the non-materialistic sense, of course). I am empathetic, loyal, and I try to be a good friend. I am an open book for the most part so if you have a question just ask...as I probably won't volunteer. I have a pretty tight group of friends and an adorable little angel/monster puppy that brightens everyday. Guess that's it! Maybe somewhere along this path, we will meet.

All things artistic; especially drawing, photography & writing poetry. Reading; enjoying the company of friends; eating sushi, pasta, and dill pickles; dancing(to anything 80's and swing);spending time w/children; Collecting books, swords, & No.2 Pencils.

I'd like to meet:

Pondering on this one...I love to meet new people--humans are quite fascinating. Dogs are too! I would like to meet Bon Jovi, that goes without saying.I am searching for that Someone to say "Bless You" when I sneeze.

V for Vendetta; Little Miss Sunshine; What Dreams May Come ("Good people go to Hell because they can't forgive themselves"); City of Angels ("Some things are true whether you believe in them or not"); Highlander ("There can be only One"--seriously, what did you think I was going to put?); Like Water for Chocolate (Sorry, completely in Spanish--watch this one for yourself!)

Television:

Who has time for television? I do manage to catch the news at least once a day. But, my guilty pleasures are Grey's Anatomy & Criminal Minds & shhh, Next Top Model

Books:

I mostly read non-ficton and poetry. Favorite poet: Lucille Clifton. I just finished "The Good Body" by Eve Ensler. I also love art & photography books(especially Dali & Cindy Sherman).

Heroes:
