IMPORTANT: I do NOT have Bebo, or My Yearbook. Just Myspace & Facebook!My whole life I've had a passion for music. When I was 2 years old, I would stand up in my high chair singing and dancing to Sheryl Crow. At age 4, I started tap dancing lessons and continue dancing today. Each year my dance team competes at the "I Love Dance" Competition in Portland, OR. In the last 5 years, I've earned four 1st place trophies for dance solos in my division and one 1st place trophy with my dance group. At age 9, I took voice lessons to help with my performance in a Song & Dance solo at the "I Love Dance" Competition and took 1st place in my division. At age 11, I made my first Demo CD at a local recording studio and later participated as a child contemporary singer contestant at the “Best New Talent” awards show in Century City, CA.
In the summer of 2006, I discovered YouTube! And found that this is a great way to share my music with others. Some friends on YouTube suggested I enter in some of the Web-based talent contests. So, I submitted a video to a singing competition on Webpops.co.uk and was voted first place winner for the month of March 2007. I was also voted the Webpops Finale Winner for 2007 in December, winning £1000. I was also a contestant in YouTube Idol Search, Season 1, sponsored by CreeIngles.com and was named the fourth place finalist in July 2007. This contest was a great experience for me, challenging me to expand out of my comfort zone and singing in new music genres. I've found now that I enjoy singing not only Pop & Rock, but also Country and Broadway. Currently, I am a finalist in “Total Pop Star” the biggest online singing competition.
