About Me

I am a professor of anthropology, and a passionate classical and flamenco guitarist. My wife and I own a guitar business, Zavaleta's La Casa de Guitarras, which specializes in classical and flamenco guitars. I also have a collection of antique classical and flamenco guitars, the oldest being made in 1761 in Cadiz, Spain.
