About Me

Hello, My name is Alex and I have been playing guitar for 22 years, as a hobby, and have been in a few bands during this time. Playing guitar is fun but over the years I have had troubles with the tremolos out on the market. Getting one to stay in tune has frustrated me more than once, so I decided to find a better way. After 10 years of research and developement I created the reliable solution. It retrofits most guitars with floating tremolos and will do 3 tunings without unlocking at the headstock and stay in tune when you break a string. The best feature is the ability to go from a normal 440 tuning to Drop D tuning and still have a fully functional whammy bar without any set up in between. It will still remain in tune if a string breaks in either mode.In the years that it took me to get the tremolo going, I have been doing a lot of guitar set-ups and repair. These repairs include complete wire jobs with coil tapping, treble bleeds, on off switches and phase switches. I have wired in most of the pickups produced in the last 25 years into all kinds of guitars from Gibson, Fender Kramer etc. I also do fret leveling and recrowning along with complete neck detailing and fret polishing. The only thing I don't do is restore finishes. So, if your guitar needs a little TLC, and you live in South Eastern Wisconsin, I can get it playing just the way you like it!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Guitarist who are using tremolos on there guitars, or are frustrated with there current tremolos. I would enjoy meeting with people in bands that are currently gigging on a regular basis in an effort to better there guitarist situation, and cut the amount of set up require to STAY TUNED !!! I would also like to meet Eddy Van Halen and George Lynch and maybe take a lesson or two !!!
