I consider myself to be a work in progress. I dont think I'm flawed, but I think people are works in progress. I am fun, trustworthy, loyal, and very hard working. I try to take the hardships in my life and learn as much as I can from them. Right now, I am doing my best to balance helping the ones I love and helping myself. I am very politically minded, I consider myself an independent thinker, and I like to hear both sides of the story before I form my own opinion. I’m an Aries, (not that I really believe in astrology) in case you were wondering. I love science, in fact I am currently a middle school history/ and science teacher. For those of you who absolutely have to know my race, let me warn you that this is a very touchy subject for me. I am bi-racial. My mother is (without getting more specific), Caucasian, and my father is African American. I think our country spends too much time categorizing everything and in my opinion not everything in life cannot be categorized. America is becoming a pluralistic society. Unfortunately, minorities are too busy polarizing themselves to actually achieve their goals. I am currently single, but I can't honestly say that I am interested in getting into a new relationship right now. Please don't let that discourage you if you're interested.
