Band Members: ROB BERNARD plays the Fender and sings; RON BYRD plays the Fender and sings; TIM KINARD plays the big Fender and sings; CHRIS DEANER just plays and plays and plays them drums.
Ron and Tim and Rob all write songs and sing 'em. We like each others songs. We like to hear each other sing 'em. We like to sing hardly-harmonies and play our fenders and drums to each others songs. That's fun.
Influences: D. Boon; Edward V; The Stinsons; Don Rich; Stuart Sullivan; Don Guess and four others.
Sounds Like: Runnin through yer neighbors yards, barefoot in the summertime; yer heads whippin backanforth as yer buddies dash along beside you...then from somewhere up at the head of the pack one of the big boys yells, "STICKERS!!!!"? and then it's all about survival of the tenderfoot....Rock music, but it's WHY we sound that way, we reckon's the question. We'll just call upon the sons and cousins of them ol' Picket Line Coyotes: The Gourds, The Tinys, Mandible, One Mississipi, Philly Mac hisself, The Damnations; And then there's the ones we came to know after we convened from the corners of the ArkLaTex: mostly Grand Champeen, Fivehead, Laura Deguire's hoot and all y'all associated with any of the above.
