Growing up listening and learning from artists like Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Sade, Curtis Mayfield, Marvin Gaye, Prince, Lenny Kravitz, and such rappers as 2 Pac, Nas, Jay-Z, Common and the Roots, the young Ves Rain caught up on Michael’s dance moves and sucked in all influences from his musical heroes..
Music has been the central theme in the life of Ves Rain for as long as he can remember. He started jammin’ the piano at the age of two and started taking lessons five years later. His parents took him to sing and perform with a gospel choir when he was a kid, and he performed with them around the world every summer until he was seventeen. Somewhere between all of this he started playing drums and got his first synth, and found the joy of making beats and arranging songs for many instruments. Now, many years later after producing and composing for various artists , this multi-talented singer, songwriter, musician, mc and producer is fulfilling his childhood dreams and ambitions recording his debut album..
