De Carabas the Thief

In 2005, after having breezed through yet another assassination attempt by the combined forces of Greenpeace and the Church of Scientology, William de Carabas jacked it all in to become a wandering troubadour. Using the notoriety gained from being the only living member of underground sleaze syndicate, The Whiskey Thieves, to have been excommunicated twice; the appeal of this amoral miscreant has steadily grown ever since.
Never a man for homoerotica, but well and truly in it for the money, the above recordings were quite blatantly done on the cheap in the basement bordello of renowned fop, Lucien Caine, somewhere south of Manchester, England. Rumours of tours, modelling contracts, and paternity suits remain rather flatteringly open to interpretation, and nothing and almost no-one can be ruled out.
After an exhaustive year in which all of three gigs were performed, (all in the same bar, to pay for the tab) but lots of songs got written and recorded, 2008 swears blind to deliver a marked increase in the kind of shameless self-promotion and low budget media whoring that gets a young gentleman to the very top. We shall see.
