Back to work |
Well, I went back to work today. It was much better than I expected. No pain or any discomfort. What a relief! I was a little apprehensive about it and I'm still worried about climbing those damn step...

Gettn Better |
I slept great last night. Crashed aroudn 11 and didn't get up till 9. That's a record for me. I left a window open last night which made the house pretty cool, so that helped.
The reflux has subsided....
