WiseBlood

WiseBlood existed briefly between the summer of 2005 and the summer of 2006. Todd began playing the guitar as a sort of vehicle for embodying and structuring his poetry. He met Jon Cowart (electric guitarist) and the two began practising regularly. Soon Jonathan Piper was added on the accordian. Jeff Mifflin joined (with his home-made percussion set) towards the very end, and Brian York contributed bass in the studio. WiseBlood performed just once for Todd's graduation party, then recorded a six song EP ("Six Splinters from a Crow's Wing") through the fall/winter of 2006 to spring 2007 before the group disbanded due to the priority of other life responsibilities -- and WiseBlood's inherent minimalist constraints.
