The Sacramento OBSERVER Media Group honors five prominent African American faith leaders for their extraordinary guidance and inspiration in the Black community. The Annual BLACK EXPO Glory Awards take place on Friday, February 27 at the Sacramento Convention Center. This year’s Glory Awards recipients include Rev. Darryl Heath of St. John’s Baptist Church, Rev. Tyrone Hicks of St. Andrew African American Methodist Episcopal Church, Rev. Robert Jones of Oak Park Methodist Church, Bishop Albert Galbraith, Jr., and community advocate and Missionary Willa Kern.
