About Me

Let's see...I'm a junior in the nursing program here in La Grande. I cannot wait to be done and move back home. I'm hoping to get a job at Sacred Heart in Eugene after I graduate. I miss home every single day and can't wait to move back after school is over. My mom and dad are amazing, and I don't know where I'd be without them. I respect them more than they will ever know. My family is number one for me, and I miss them every single day! I'm excited to have my own family someday, but it'll be a while before that happens. My sister and her husband are awesome and I love spending time with them. I love animals, mostly my dogs. I can't wait to have my own yellow lab! Summer time is the best time of the year and I can't wait to be able to lay in the sun. Tailgating and a little Oregon State football is my favorite thing during the fall. My friends are amazing. I love having drunken girls' weekends in "Costallis." I have two best friends and between the three of us we're spread across the state of Oregon. I miss them both very much. I love partying and having a good time, but I also love to just relax at home with a good movie in my pj's. I'm single but definately not looking. I'm just enjoying life, going to school, missing home and having fun. *IT'S BETTER TO BE HATED FOR WHO YOU ARE THAN LOVED FOR WHAT YOU"RE NOT***THEY SAY TIME HEALS EVERYTHING BUT I'M STILL WAITING*****If I had no sense of humor, I would long ago have committed suicide. -Mohandas Gandhi***~~ Love is not about finding the perfect person, it's about learning to see an imperfect person perfectly ~~**A friend is someone who knows you, but loves you anyway**

My Interests

..I love watching football (Go Beavs!) Having a few beers. Going out with the girls in Corvallis. Being in the sun. Snowboarding during the winter and wakeboarding during the summer. Real camping with tents and all. Being out on the lake. Hawaii, it's the best place on earth. Going bird hunting... I'm slowly getting better. Fishing in the ocean as long as I don't get sick and we are actually catching something. Anything outdoors. Volleyball. Going wheeling. And spending time with my friends and family.

I'd like to meet:

***After a while you learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul. And you learn that love doesn’t mean leaning, and company doesn’t always mean security. And you begin to learn that kisses are not contracts, and present's aren’t promises. And you begin to accept your defeats with your head up and your eyes ahead... With the grace of a woman, not the grief of a child. And you learn To build all your roads on today, Because tomorrow's ground is too uncertain for plans, and futures have a way of falling down in mid-flight. After a while you learn that even sunshine burns if you get too much… So, you plant your own garden, and decorate your own soul... Instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers. And you learn that you really can endure… you really are strong, you really do have worth. And you learn, and you learn… with every goodbye, You Learn…***

Music:

I love country. There is nothing better than it during the summer. I love all kinds of music though and I'm pretty open minded about what I listen to as long as it isn't emo.

Movies:

Any kind of comedy or drama. I love Wedding Crashers. I could watch it over and over again and it would never get old. Dead Man on Campus. The Notebook is an all time best. Pretty much all Adam Sandler movies.

Television:

Law and Order SVU, Grey's Anatomy, CSI. FOOTBALL!!!

Books:

I never have time to read books. Pretty much the only books I read are my text books.

Heroes:

My mom and dad. They have worked so incredibly hard to have the things that they have today. My dad is the most patient and ambitious man I have ever met in my life. My mom is always there for me when I need her and she gives really good advice. Also, my grandma and grandpa. They have been married since my grandma was 17...

Drinking with the girls.  Tequila nights were the best.  Finding Chas out on the curb crying.  Eating smoked almonds and hating them. Drunk dialing people.  Peach schnapps and...
