Mónica Seidl, born in Lisbon/Portugal in 1985 had her first contact to music at the age of 11. She took Piano lessons for several years and was involved with different Bands during her youth, where she first got to know more about Nighlife, Clubs and Bars.

Monica joined the electronic music circus in 1998 when she learned how to spin and became a professional DJ. In the Beginning she played at some small Parties around Lisbon and discovered soon her deep love to this kind of Music and Entertainment. After 2 years of learning and expiriencing a famous EventOrganizer emerges and started to promote her.
During her career Dj Monica Seidl played amongst several internationally well known artists.
At the same time Sofia Caeiro joined the project as a Production Partner and for live performances.
Success came fast. Their track "om sheeva rmx" was played by many great Artists and supported by Radio Stations across the Globe. In 2003 Monica tried to archieve herself and began to expand outside of her usual field Trance Music and discovered a new and even bigger passion. HOUSE MUSIC! The Lusitan Nights, were born.
With the support of another portuguese DJ & Producer, Model 9000, she gave a new meaning to the portuguese Nightlife in hosting very succesfull Events in Porto, Viseu, Coimbra, Lisbon and some Islands like the Azores.
The year 2005 came along with a great opportunity to expose herself better to a bigger Audience. Monica participated in the TV Production “Fiel ou Infiel” a Reality Show, which gave her a huge image boost and leaded to a gained popularity! She was active in that Project until 2007.
2006 she became the official embassador for BIMOTOR PRO DJ and PIONEER in Portugal. Monica Seidl marked her position as a succesfull DJ at the Islands of Azores and Madeira, and finished her participation as actress at the “Fiel ou Infiel” reality show in 2007 to concentrate full on her Career as a Professional Dj.
2008 Morocco and Switzerland called her up for a visit, playing at Agadir, Casablanca, Rabat and Lausanne. Monica also made a special participation as Dj in another TV show so called “Morangos com Açucar “(summer series). Celebrating her 10th anniversary of Djing this year, Monica Seidl still improves her skills and tries to push her unique and exclusive vinyl technique to perfection. Famous not only in her beloved base Portugal, she’s earning more and more respect and recognition on the international market, with regular Bookings in Marocco, Spain, Switzerland, Germany and Brazil, also she’s a regular guest in Portugals major tourist destinations like the Islands of Azores and Madeira and of course the Mekka of Party, Music and Hedonism, IBIZA/SPAIN where she’s the only portuguese female Artist who performs there on a regular basis.

Monica Sequeira (Dj Monica Seidl) nasce em Portugal (Lisboa) a 25/01/1986 e começa a interessar-se pela musica apenas com 11 anos de idade, altura em que inicia as primeiras aulas de piano que manteve durante os 4 anos que se seguiram.
Em 1998 teve o seu primeiro contacto com a musica electrónica, é ai que inicia a sua aprendizagem como Dj.
NÃo foi necessário muito tempo então os primeiros convites surgirem, para tocar em alguns eventos, bares e clubes privados.
Na sua primeira actuações o sucesso atingido foi notário, o que a fez receber inúmeros elogios e algumas propostas de trabalho para tocar em festas maiores e com artistas de renome.
Em 2001, uma produtora de eventos, descobre Mónica Seidl que na altura usava o nome Mahadeva e começa a promove-la e inclui-la nos seus eventos.
Neste mesmo ano começou a tocar alguma da musica produzida por si, onde se destacam alguns temas que acabam por ser incluída nos sets de grandes artistas mundiais.
Em 2003 iniciou uma nova paixão, recebe o convite de um Dj amigo para ingressar nas noites Lusitanas tocando House.
Neste mesmo ano teve o apoio do bem conhecido Dj/Produtor Model 9000, e a partir daqui começa a animar as noites, do Porto, Viseu, Coimbra, Lisboa com alguma frequência.
Mónica Seidl é rapidamente reconhecida pelo seu talento, a sua técnica, bom gosto musical e a sua presença atrás dos pratos, fazem dela uma artista bastante requisitada no nosso pais e no estrangeiro, o que a leva a ter a sua primeira actuação alem fronteiras no Club OMEN em Frankfurt (Alemanha).
Em 2006, Mónica Seidl é patrocinada pela BIMOTOR DJ e pela PIONEER.
No decorrer de 2008 Marrocos e Suiça são a sua seguinte paragem passando por Agadir, Casa Blanca e Rabat e Lausanne. Faz também uma participação especial como Dj nos Morangos com Açúcar ( série de Verão ) e a Produção não é deixada para trás, tendo um novo projecto a entrar brevemente no mercado.Em 2009 Mónica Seidl continua a internacionalizar a sua carreira passando por Marrocos, Espanha, Suíça, Suíça-Alemã.
A sua grande visão de pista faz com que Mónica Seidl seja bastante versátil dentro do House, do Deep ao Comercial até ao House Progressivo, mas destaca-se pelo House festivo, alegre e contagiante que nÃo deixa ninguém indiferente.
