About Me

Esense, a somewhat locally unknown artist on the live scene has been working with Fish Shop Studios over the last twelve months to complete an album that started as an opportunity to make a song for Carclew Youth Arts Festival, Black Nite. Esense teamed up with two female vocalists, T. J. & Rebecca Ken, along with the locally known Yan-Ya who provided the beats for the first song created, called “Take Me Away”.After this Esense was introduced to Damien Fernandez. Damien is a local musical and artistic talent who is second to none. He helped create, with Esense, the sound and various styles and structures of the majority of songs for Matters Of Trust.Esense then went to Fish Shop Studios after another community effort in a CD collaboration called Blak Traks. Here he & TJ polished ‘Club 2 Club’ which on both CDs “Blak Traks” and “Matters Of Trust”. After this Esense and Nesta from Fish Shop Studios went about polishing and adding and creating the rest of “Matters Of Trust” to what you hear today. The only sample used on the album was from another Australian artist who is vocally extraordinary and musically gifted to say the least. “Cavan Te” who Esense had the pleasure of meeting in Sa many years ago, has had his soulful voice pulled to Esense demand! This gives a love to the actual sounds of ‘Blue Butterfly’, the Cavan Te album which was sampled.P.S. Anyone who likes great music and an even great voice should buy Cavan Te’s album.P.P.S After they buy Esense’s “Matters Of Trust”!!
