The 77 bus is the nearest to the site (ask for Grenoside Woods/ Woodhead Rd) from sheffield bus station
Directions from Sheffield + Leeds
A61 (Halifax rd)North (South from Leeds) off Granville Square from Sheffield city centre
Turn left (right form Leeds) onto Norfolk Hill rd
Turn right onto Wood Head rd
Travel a mile and a half
Site is on left
There is also a phone number to call which is 07506 550 850 There won't be as much info on the phoneline so I recommend looking at the website.Advance tickets are no longer avalible online so if you live in another city and haven't e-mailed your details yet, then Im afraid its too late so you will have to pay full price on the gate.Volunteers will get their ticket price refunded after compleation of a 4 hour shift. If you work longer you can earn yourself free beer and food as well as getting that lovely warm feeling from knowing you've been a part of it.

This is the Shefstock Festival webpage. For those of you who don't know Shefstock is an alternative festival held just outside Sheffield. This year will be our 4th year and we're much more organised than we've been before. We now have a constitution and a committee set up as well as other key roles defined and allocated.Official committee members are:Chair Person: Eleanor Vice Chair: Eryl Sectary: Gaz Vice Sectary: Jimmy Treasurer: 5 Hats Vice Treasurer: GrahamOther key members of the group are: Steve, doing promotions and open decks. Cj, generally helping with all areas of organisation. Serena, helping with licensing other legalities. Becky and Robin, gate and volunteers. Stu, recycling. We are also all involved with other aspects of the festival not necessarily defined by the official roles. All main decisions are taken to the meetings to be decided through a vote where there is no obvious agreement.We are still looking for more stalls and cafes so if you run a cafÃ© then please get in touch. We are having a very strict policy this year on sound systems not just turning up and playing. We are keeping it all in house this year although we are having an open decks tent. If you want to get involved get in touch.
