I'm an NASM certified personal trainer! I live in a College town and am a bouncer at Lulu's Night Spot on weekends. I started body building when I was 20 and before that I was a long distance runner. Thats quite a transition! Also, I played drums for Disseverment for around 7 years. Good times!
