PSST. we dont actually sound that weird in person, we just dont have recording stuff :)Okay, so one day when two spiffy girls, one named Melissa and the other named Erin, were in a conundrum of what to do with their lives that seemed to be going by way to fast. They sat and talked and they reliezed that they had a common intrest in the play of a musical instument called the guitar. They also reliezed that the both have pretty good vocal cords to make wonderful music come from their mouths. Then they came up with this CRAZZY idea to start a band. Now this band only consisted of two people, Erin and Melissa. But they never let this get them down. They work hard to find a name for the band. They just could not think of anything that suited their style of musical talent. They came up with some good names, like, well okay so they didn't. And they came up with some bad ones too, like mid summer happiness, and The Twisted Night that I fell and hurt my knee and then i cried (well when we wrote them they looked cool... shut up okay I'd like to see you think of something better!!) anyway, these two sikadelic Cats were at lunch on day, I think it was B, but who really know, i know i dont. But any who, this particular lunch was extra special, not only because we had lunch together, but because we came up with a name for our band. It was Extacy. Now we were all like OHH EMM GEE thats the name of a drug!! But we liked it. We are not a drug though so dont be like woo I'm gonna swallow them and get high. Cuz you cant. Well i guess you can, but please don't. That be mean and cruel and unusual and people would make fun of you for eating the best band ever. So we settled on Extacy. But then we decided that this was not a very friendly name. So one day we decided to change it to Battery Operated Boyfriend or B.O.B. (not pronouncedly like the name but the actually letters, spell it out) But then we decided that was no good either. Then it got changed to A Laced Conspiracy. And thats what it is from this point on until it gets changed again. We play rock music. The music of rock. Rocking music. Rock and roll. Roll and rock. ROCK!! and thats how we became a band. Please, like us. We tried hard. And even if we suck, which of course we do not, tell us we rule. We like that.
