Minister Maurice B. Harley-Flythe, was born June 15, 1976, in Huntington Long Island, New York, to Joanne Flythe and the Late Charles Eugene Harley, Sr. Minister Harley-Flythe was educated in the Jersey City, New Jersey Public School System and Huntington Long Island Public School System. At an early age, he was in the church under the inspiration of his grandmother Mrs. Earline Robinson, his aunt Ms Earline Milligan and his uncle Minister Timothy Flythe.
He gained much Christian experience with his family at First Baptist Church of Wyandanch, founder & pastor (his grandfather) the late Rev. Moses Robinson, Jr. He accepted his calling into the music ministry singing and at that time gifts in his life such as singing, directing choirs, preaching and teaching God's Word began to surface. He also fulfilled much service on many boards in the church. After fulfilling his work in First Baptist Wyandanch at the age of 13 God move him on to the next level in his ministry.
March of 1992, Minister Harley-Flythe was sent to Mt. Zion Pentecostal Holiness Church, Inc. of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (P.A.W.) under the leadership of the honorable Suffragan Bishop Roskco A. Motes, 1792 Broadway Brooklyn, N.Y. This is where he remains in ministry and has served in many capacities such as choir director, Minister of Music, Minister of Worship & Praise, Minister of the Word of God, Assisted on the Youth board and much more. He continues the charge of God to preach and sing with anointing and power.
God gave him work with the late Minister Tracy Sellars in 2002 becoming covenant members of “Back To Pentecost Fellowship†under the leadership of Bishop Terry L. Young, Burlington, N.C. This fellowship has now expanded from North Carolina to New York, Maryland, Virginia, Bahamas, Florida and many more to come!
He has traveled and is continuing to travel to various parts of the world. In May 2007 he became a member of Christian Fellowship of Worldwide Churches International (reformation) under the leadership of the honorable Bishop Stephanie B. Riddle-Green. There are many other doors that God continues to open for him and in ministry as a whole.
Minister Harley-Flythe has an awesome anointing on his life given to him by God. He endeavors and reaches forth to accomplish all that was set out for him and the ministry that he attends.
