The association Gothic-Aid e.V. is a charitable association within the Gothic-scene, which was founded in October 2003 (VR 2070 / register of associations of the district-court Chemnitz).An aim of this association is to help people in need and to support selected charitable associations by collecting donations, which then are transferred to them regularly.We contact bands, labels and magazines, which belong to the Gothic-scene, auction rare fan articles, organize beneficial concerts etc. We also collect material and reports about the Gothic-scene and needyness to inform about both of the topics.The motives are simple: First of all we have the aim to help humans by supporting charitable organisations and secondly we would like to show that the Gothic-scene isn‘t as bad as it is often presented in the media.
