The exact cause of death is yet undetermined but appears to have been natural causes. He will be laid to rest by his family in Australia.You are encouraged to leave your thoughts, photos and memories here to share with his many friends.The real irony is that David never joined myspace and disregarded its importance, yet this is where he will be remembered publicly.He will be missed greatly.
