Were I a king, I could command content. Were I obscure, hidden should be my cares. If I could hold Infinity in the palm of my hand, I'd have no qualm. And if I had 99 lives, I would be the envy of all cats. I tamper with the lick of the flames, and never get burned. Fear has been my salvation, yet desire, my master. In the night I have glowing yellow eyes, to tempt me is to tempt a dragon with gold. If you ride with me, your life will never be the same. To talk to me is to talk to the four winds. I have been the warrior. Sometimes to looser, sometimes the slave. The civil never wins. I believe in Fire & Ice, but do I believe in Heaven & Hell? I remember life as a picture. It's not always perfect, sometimes it's even blurry. I do not brush my eyes black, but yet I see. There will be an explosion from the west, that will paint the sky. If you push hard enough through, You'll touch the sun. And when I touch the sun, it will be cold. And if 32 Degrees is freezing cold. I can be too. Some time's my body urns for the warmth of snow but the sun keeps pouring down. And some people tell me that faith is knowing that after winter comes the spring. Well, I've seen it snow in the spring. But in the spring birds bitch like they are on the Jerry Springer Show... But sometimes it can be as hot as a desert wind. And in that desert wind I've sailed a ship. That ship sunk. A long time ago. You may still see it today. Good luck with that one. I've hidden it from the likes of men. Yet, some men have told me that only women are pretty. I've seen pretty men. Maybe only as many as I do hold on my hand, but it's true. I'll never lie. I'd seal that in a big wide circle. And that Circle will be painted Life Green. The kind that flows in the great river. There are many lesser rivers near me. But none of them flow like that one. Some people die in these rivers. But I've saved some small lives from the water. Just as I've saved the world one Chicken at a time. To kill my chicken is to die yourself. Do not fear death. It is nothing but a freedom. But do not bring death to you. For it may not be so free. And you may not be able to pay that price. For life is a beautiful thing, it is not to be wasted. And with out death there would be no life. Death will find you, don't look for it. Some day you may be flying in the sky and a rock falls, only to leave a bruise. Do you find pride in that deep blue? I have. EurekAlert.org :)
