EINSTEIN - PRODUCER

I was born and raised in the East Hills of Oregon. I grew up listening to an array of music including Metallica, Smashing Pumpkins, Blink 182, AFI, etc. More importantly, my pursuit of music began when I was 11, when I started both drumming and playing guitar. It was then that my involvement in school music programs and education began as well; by the age of 14, I was enrolled in all of the high school music classes available, including performing on the drums and various percussion instruments live.
As I got older, my work ethic grew stronger. In my mid-teens I began producing various local hip-hop artists as a side job. I was known as "the white kid from the country" who was producing a quite mature sound for his age. After years of dealing with local artists, I realized that most local musicians did not want, nor have the drive, to progress further in the music industry than that of small Oregon. The result? A waste of talented music that would never surpass more than the twenty-mile radius of Salem, Oregon. I however, had a much larger plan than these self-proclaimed musicians.
By 2005, I began working on a sound that would eventually be known as the present day "Einstein." My already built reputation of producing an industry-standard quality sound worked to my advantage. I began rapping over my own beats and marketing a new program - a program that I could reap my own benefits from and take complete responsibility for its successes. My musical influences have curved me away from a traditional hip-hop sound and have drawn me closer to my roots: rock. While still abiding by the rap formula of rhythm and poetry, I am officially categorized as a "rapper" rather than a "rocker." I use this to my advantage as well, by drawing a diverse crowd ranging from "geeks" to "gangsters."
In 2008, I plan on releasing an album showing a new sound, setting an entirely new standard for the local community. With that, I can help raise the quality of the local music scene and what Oregon has to offer. I am known throughout the community as a strong leader as well as a loyal and dedicated individual. I am exceptionally passionate with my music as well as my life, and work great with people. I am Einstein, I am 21, and I have a purpose. Don’t live your life for tomorrow, the change starts today.
