Jesse: You could say I've been influenced.
Aaron: I have different influences for different things. My drumming influences are John Bonham [Led Zeppelin] and Neil Peart [Rush]. Both these men are masters of time and I study them closely. They influence me to add syncopation and offbeat rhythms to make our music even more interesting and complex. My lyrical influence is John Lennon. He writes about a variety of subjects from Love to Revolution and he has proven to be one of the greatest writers of all time. I study his lyrics and they influence me to write in a similar style relevant to our time.
