FIRST FEMALE TO WIN THE BIGGEST LOSER SERIESWelcome to MySpace. My name is Jodie Prenger. This year I took the biggest journey of my life. I took part in a reality TV show Called the Biggest Loser. And became the first woman to win the show in over 30 countires, sheding 8.7 stone ( 122 pounds) in 6 months. I am here to share my story with you. My Interests

I am a family girl so adore my family to bits really do, plus i love animals at home i have 4 rabbits, 4 tortoise, fish, 2 bugies, 1 cockateal, 2 parrots, 10 pet chickens and 3 dogs, love em to bits i do. But i love keeping fit, trying new sports, love the theatre, films, cooking, going out with the girls etc etc

I'd like to meet:

People who want to lose weight, it wont be easy, in fact it may be the hardest thing you have done, but some people have to make that journey in there lifes. Its true "a journey of a thosand miles starts with a single step", and taking that first step can be the scariest thing you can do. But I speak from experience, when i say, take that step, become the person you want to become, dont wake up another day feeling crap about yourself, I did for so many years until I had to make a change, yes I did it in front of a nation, and the scariest thing I ever did was step on the scales in front of millions of viewers at home, and I know it can be a fear for you to do that, but you know what ? Step on them scales, and know that the weight you are looking at you will never see it again, know that you have started on your journey to becomeing the new you, a healthier you and a fitter you. You are going to have days when you want to reach for the chocolate bar and days when you cant be bothered to get out and workout, but those days are the days when you feel at your weakest but you really have to be your strongest. I have tried every diet tablet and every fad diet going, nothing works, no lighter life, no starving yourself I can stand up and make these claims, they make work for some people but its also about training your brain, you start to love healthy food, exercise becomes a new part of your life. So always stick with a healthy eating plan and a good exercise plan and I make that promise that you will get there and learn so much more about yourself by doing it this way. It's doable, but make that commitment to yourself, find that determination inside and beleive in yourself. You can, and you will do this

Music:

you know it really depends what mood i feel in, i like everything from jazz to hip hop and dance to classical, oh and i love latin music have to admit its very sexy.

Movies:

Pretty Woman, shawshank, godfather ( all of them), rockey, horror but i can never watch them on my own i get scared.

Television:

Biggest Loser, Will & Grace, Sex in the City, Eastenders, X factor, Tyra Banks Show,

Books:

you have to try the cosmic order angie told me to read it, and its true dreams can come true, i love crime and thriller books, also love to read true stories and life experiences

Heroes:

I know there are many heroes in this world but my heroes in my life would have to be my family. I love them very dearly and want to thank them for all there support and kindness.
