XIMEL were formed in summer of 2000 in bilbao (basque country),abter some concerts on their area , and a few changes of members they appeared on a cd compilation of bands from bilbao .this happened at the end of 2001 .
In December of 2002 they recorded five songs whiches finnally appeared in a split cd with the french band WEEPINGS MINDS OF SILENCE on the french label THE SPACE PATROL , in feb. of 2004 . XIMEL have played many times with bands like todays is the day , mono , tantrum and many many others .... in spain , france ,u.k. ,netherlands ,germany and switzerland , their concerts used to be intense powerfull and emotive .
XIMEL HAVE SPLIT UP THIS LAST OCTOBER ,THANKS TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE SUPPORTED US AND HAVE ENJOYED OUR MUSIC FOR SOMETIME ,AND THANKS TO ALL THE BANDS WHO HAVE PLAYED WITH US... FOR THE MOMENT XIMEL MY SPACE WILL KEEP ON WORKING , SEE YOU AGAIN SOMEWHERE !!
